FM19317 — Statutory Inspections of Lifting Equipment, Pressure Systems and Local Exhaust Venilation Systems

UK Shared Business Services Ltd (UK SBS) on behalf of UK Research and Innovation (UKRI), wishes to establish a contract for the provision of statutory inspection services. The services are to be provided by an external provider (Inspection Body). The statutory inspections are to comply with the following regulations: • The Lifting Operations Lifting Equipment Regulations 1998 (LOLER); • The Pressure Systems Safety Regulations 2000 (PSSR); • The Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH). UK SBS will be managing this procurement process in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 (as may be amended from time to time), (the ‘Regulations’). This is a services contract being procured under the Open OJEU Procedure Regulations.
