Framework agreement for ventilation and installations with cooling/heating media

Færder Municipality, c/o the Property Management Department, would like to enter into a framework agreement for ventilation work and installations with cooling/heating media with up to 3 tenderers. The contract includes work on ventilation installations, such as faultfinding/repairs and minor development projects, extensions and alterations of existing installations. A two year framework agreement will be signed with an option to extend for one year + one year. The estimated annual value of the framework agreement is NOK 4 million excluding VAT a year. Total of NOK 16 million excluding VAT over 4 years. This is only an estimate and it is not binding for the municipality.
