The aim of this tender is to find a company in the field of building protection specialized for the entrance control of the Swiss Embassy in Berlin, for the period from 01/06/2023 to 31/05/2028 for 5 days (41 h/week) during the opening hours of the representation. The object to be protected is a diplomatic mission consisting of a single building with a garden at the back of the building. The security operation is carried out unarmed. The scope of services includes: (a) access control during opening hours and on occasions (control with baggage checking machine and/or hand probe (metal detector), visual control of bags). Switching on the burglar alarm system in the evening. b) Security - prevention of unauthorized access to compound/garden - during major events, construction work, etc. in the building and garden. c) Daily round around the building (outside). Monitoring of the video surveillance system (live pictures).
