Upgrade of AIM process and production system

Isavia is the Icelandic Air Navigation Service Provider, providing ATS, CNS, MET and AIS. It intends to upgrade its AIM process and production system to meet certain legal requirements e.g. EU ADQ Regulation 73-2010, including service for flight procedure designs in accordance with ICAO PANS OPS 8168. Both Isavia and Luftfarsverket (LFV), the Swedish Air Navigation Service Provider, are contracting entities in the meaning of Article 3 of directive 2014/25 the Utilities Directive. In accordance with the Swedish public procurement rules (SFS 2007:1092), LFV has awarded a contract to IDS (Ingegneria Dei Sistemi) to provide a technical service platform and related services for AIM/AIS. As part of that procurement process, LFV made it clear that the resultant contract would be open to other ANSPs from other Member States, and that any similar requirements by these other ANSPs may be delivered through the arrangements put in place by LFV.
