The object is with a concession area of 2 376 517 m 2 and with with accordance to areas of the land plots, shown in the public state property deeds, respectively 2 376 464 m 2 . with accordance to areas of the land plots in the cadastral plan, detail described in the concession documentation and including: 1) Land plots and buildings — public state property; 2) Facilities and adjoining infrastructure; 3) Property and items public state property, representing buildings, facilities visual air navigation systems (airfield ground lightning), located at the territory of Plovdiv Airport; 4) Building, facilities and equipment, that the concessionnaire will build and/or install at its own risk and with own funds under the conditions and procedures, set by the concession agreement. Other properties may be included in the concession object by additional agreement to the concession agreement and under certain conditions according to the tender documents.
