Coventry City Council (‘the Council’) seeks to discuss potential service model options with the market prior to entering in to contract for the provision of powered and un-powered wheelchairs and scooters for people who have either permanent or temporary limited mobility; allowing them greater independence to use the pedestrianised shopping areas within Coventry's city centre. The market is asked to take part in a survey to assist the Council in understanding how similar services are delivered across the UK.
