The Patent Office shall, as a national competence centre, contribute to more good rights and better use of immaterial values. There is a great need for increased knowledge and consciousness on good use of immaterial rights. The Patent Office is in the process of formulating the strategy that will apply from 2023. We already know that we will use the sub-goals from the current strategy period. These are: 1) More good rights and 2) Better use of immaterial values.
