Framework Agreement, Firewall Licences and Accompanying Support

The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection (Norwegian: DSB) shall enter into a framework agreement for support and maintenance (licences) for the current firewall system and services for hw/sw (hardware/software). The framework agreement shall also ensure the Contracting Authority's need for an agreement with a provider who has highly qualified in in firewalls, as well as good expertise in general data security and networks. The daily operation and system maintenance service for the system shall be executed by the contracting authority and therefore not included in the agreement. The agreement period is three (3) years, with an option for an extension for further three (3) years.
