Developed to improve outcomes for people in receipt of domiciliary care, who may not be able to articulate their circumstances at a time of crisis, the Yellow Bracelet is paperless communication aid that shares integrated care information and enables professionals from both health and social care sectors to make real time risk assessments and informed decisions ensuring the best outcomes for people using the service. Central Bedfordshire Council is procuring 6000 Yellow Bracelets for use across Bedfordshire, Luton and Milton Keynes.
