The Norwegian Parliament is in a situation where we would like to phase out older systems for picture storage and picture sharing with a modern application with possibilities for simple storage, processing, and sharing of pictures, films, and audio material. The current systems have limited possibilities for adding metadata, and the way this is done is very labour-intensive. The result is that a lot of the picture and film material lacks metadata, which in turns affects the ability to make searches. The Norwegian Parliament would like to make a procurement in the coming months of a picture processing system that sees to the Norwegian Parliament's need in a better way. In order to get to know the market better, the Norwegian Parliament would therefore like to invite suppliers to a market dialogue.
