The purpose is to carry out a contribution financed research project regarding the Sami parliamentary election 2021 that: — analyses the conditions for, the function of, and the challenges for a democratic election system of and by the Sami people in Norway (the Sami Parliament); — develops Sami election research competence where emphasis is on Sami cultural and linguistic conditions.
