Provision of Transport Modelling Support Services

The scope of these Services is to support the Authority’s transport planning and inform investment priorities. The Authority maintains a suite of multi-modal transport models covering the Republic of Ireland. A technical summary of the Regional Modelling System (RMS), describing its structure, components, software used and details of the most recent update undertaken between 2017 and 2020, is being issued in conjunction with these Instructions for information purposes only. The Authority is seeking a Service Provider to support its internal transport modelling team in the development, maintenance and use of the RMS and any other transport models that the Authority may develop, and to provide general modelling services and undertake other activities related to transport modelling. Further detail is set out in the procurement documents.
