The contracting authority will establish a dynamic purchase system for lifts, which will include the following: - More maintenance and improvements - Replacements - Renovation - Modernisation - New lifts (person lifts and goods lifts) Maintenance and improvements with a value of up to NOK 100,000 excluding VAT will be dealt with through a separate framework agreement for lift service and maintenance. New lifts are subject to being covered by contracts that are held as independent contests.
