The objective is to ensure the provision of leading and experienced Geotechnical and Geophysical technical support services during a site investigation (SI) survey and to sustain Vattenfall’s increasing portfolio of offshore wind projects in Europe. The service required includes the provision and coordination of experienced Offshore Client Representatives (OCR), back-office support for engineering queries, and project operational and logistical coordination (as required), throughout the survey duration. The OCR shall be onboard each of the survey vessels for the duration of the SI campaign to oversee and act on behalf of the Employer in accordance with Employer’s Requirements, and onshore support shall be available as needed to liaise with the OCR and the Employer. In addition to the above, there may be a need for the provision of project management support during the preparation and operational phases of the surveys
