The proposed project, which has a total estimated cost of 9 000 000 EUR equivalent, will require the procurement of the following goods, works and services using the proceeds of the loan and the grant: — low-floor 18 m articulated trolleybuses (including spare parts and tools, Lot 1 – 22 pcs., Lot 2 – 7 pcs.), — depot modernisation, — construction of new traction substation (TCS-15) with capacity of 2 х 1600 kVA and trolleybus line ‘Hetman Mazepa Street – R. Huryk Street – Pivdennyi Blvd – Pivnichnyi Blvd’ Procurement of Low-floor 12 m trolleybuses is completed. Tendering for the ‘Construction of new traction substation (TCS-15) with capacity of 2 х 1600 kVA and trolleybus line ‘Hetman Mazepa Street – R. Huryk Street – Pivdennyi Blvd – Pivnichnyi Blvd’ ’ is expected in the fourth quarter of 2019 and tendering for the remaining contracts will commence in the second quarter of 2020. Contracts to be financed with the proceeds of the loan and the grant from the Bank will be subject to the Bank's Procurement Policies and Rules and will be open to firms from any country. The proceeds of the Bank's loan will not be used for the purpose of any payment to persons or entities, or for any import of goods, if such payment or import is prohibited by a decision of the United Nations Security Council taken under Chapter VII of the Charter of the United Nations or under a law of official regulation of the purchaser's country.
