SDC Nepal seeks a team of consultants, for supporting adequate monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) of two projects on labor migration in Nepal. The consultant team will support MEL related work of the two projects, aiming at the following objectives: 1.Establish sound monitoring and evaluation systems: Both projects have a high quality, impact-oriented and mutually reinforcing M&E system that is geared towards comprehensive reporting, continuous learning and programme improvement. 2.Support policy advocacy at national and international level: Project implementers and SDC have high quality documents at hand for policy advocacy at national and international level. 3.Planning and preparation of subsequent project phases: Any potential subsequent project phase of the two projects is informed by MEL activities.
