Construction Supervision of the Thermo-Modernisation of Public Educational Buildings Works in Ternopil, Ukraine

Ternopil City Council (Client) intends to apply a part of financing allocated within the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure programme to eligible payments to a qualified engineering company (Consultant) for provision of construction supervision services and invites interested consultants to submit their proposals. The Consultant’s services will cover the supervision of the design and actual construction works, including performance in the field up to and comprising completion, testing and commissioning of the facilities, directing and monitoring of all necessary or requested changes to the scope of works. The proposals shall be prepared and submitted in accordance with the requirements and forms provided in the Request for Proposals (RFP).
