NDLA would like to enter into framework agreements for interactive simulations, which will be included in a context with other learning activities in the learning resources. Parallel framework agreements will be entered into for the assignment with a minimum of 2 and a maximum of 3 tenderers as long as there is a sufficient number of suitable tenders. The distribution of the assignments between the framework agreement parties will be in accordance with the distribution mechanism described in the contract.
