Ferde AS’ issuing business, hereafter called the contracting authority, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest in connection with procurement of debt collection services. After a contract has been awarded, the debt collection company will be given the right to collect outstanding debts on behalf of the toll collection company. Remuneration will not be paid by the contracting authority in connection with the execution of the service, as fees can be added to reminders and debt collection notices, cf. the Debt Collection Services Act.
