This activity aims at the development and operation of a pooling and sharing solution that will federate off-the-shelf satcom services from multiple resource providers (Satellite operators and service providers). This will be used to implement a governmental usercentric pilot. The activity will be processed in Open Competition, subject to ESA's procurement rules and procedures adapted as per Financial Framework Partnership Agreement (FFPA) and Contribution Agreement and the tasks entrusted to ESA for GOVSATCOM.
