The objective of the competition is to enter into a contract with a tenderer for the implementation of daily cleaning of premises in Karl Johans gate 7 in Oslo as well as spring cleaning after further agreement with Kompetanse Norge. The value of the procurement is estimated to be 3 000 000 NOK for the entire period of 4 years, including spring cleaning. The estimate is based on actual consumption during the last 4 years. Kompetanse Norge has expanded the premises during the period, and such events can affect the calculation. The value of the procurement is only an estimate and is not binding for the contracting authority. The premises in Oslo cover three floors; 3 rd -5 th floor, and have a total of approx. 2 896 m 2 .
