The aim of the procurement is to procure qualified interpreter and translation services of high quality so that the contracting authority can provide its statutory services to those who do not speak or understand sufficient Norwegian. The interpreter services will be to/from Norwegian and other languages. The contracting authority's need for interpreter services mainly depends on the number of refugees that are taken in, but also other migration.
