The machine will include: both the superconducting magnet and the temperature control system as well as electrical transport, magnetometry, and ferromagnetic resonance (FMR) spectroscopy system. Thermal measurements, Raman spectroscopy and optical measurement should be compatible with the system, but they will be optional requirements. The supply is to include delivery, installation, commissioning, performance verification, operator training and maintenance training.
