Collaborative Partner to Co-create and Co-deliver Birmingham's Regional Adoption Agency

Birmingham Children's Trust (the ‘Trust’) plans to formally commence a procurement process in January 2021 for a collaborative partner from an existing Voluntary Adoption Agency (VAA) to help it deliver the government’s expectations to establish an Regional Adoption Agency (‘RAA’). The partner will work with the Trust to deliver a modern, forward thinking and well-functioning RAA, led by a vision and commitment to excellent practice, innovative approaches to achieve improvements and value for money, drawing upon the expertise of both partners. This PIN provides notification that the Trust will be commencing a procurement exercise and is currently finalising the procurement documentation.
