Quality assure the DPS project

In 2019, Stortingets administrasjon [the Norwegian Parliament Administration] decided on a target image for digitalisation of the parliamentary proceedings, ‘the Norwegian Parliament will exchange, process, publish and preserve parliamentary information digitally and efficiently with good quality’. In extension of this, the administration has reviewed both the concept phase and planning phase in 2020-2021. Project for digitalisation of parliamentary case processing (hereafter abbreviated to DPS) will modernise and streamline the support to the parliamentary work processes, connect to exchange, processing, publishing and preserving parliamentary information. As an extra support, the project should link with one external quality assurer.
