The Hellenic Corporation of Assets and Participations S.A. (“HCAP”) has decided to launch an international tender process in two (2) stages for entering into an agreement (the “Concession Agreement”) for the granting of a long-term concession of the right to administer, manage, operate, develop, expand, maintain and exploit the Kalamata International Airport “Captain Vassilis Konstantakopoulos” (the “Airport”) for a duration of around forty (40) years (the “Transaction”). The exact duration of the Concession will be defined by HCAP in the request for binding offers to be issued in Phase B. In this respect and in relation to the Transaction, HCAP proceeds with an international open tender procedure for the selection of the investor to which the Transaction shall be awarded (the “Tender Process”) and invites potential investors to submit their expressions of interest (the “EoI”). The tender process will be conducted in two phases. Phase A(prequalification) & Phase B(submission of offers)
