The procuring entity intends to apply a part of financing allocated under the Ukraine Municipal Infrastructure Programme (UMIP) to eligible payments to a qualified contractor for performance of capital repair of public lighting system (streets, avenues, lanes and other) with the following scope of works: replacement of existing luminaries and installation a new luminaries (involves the acquisition of LED luminaries), replacement of brackets; replacement of lighting poles (with dismantling of existing poles and installation of new metal poles); installation of lighting masts and luminaries for pedestrian crossings lighting (including installation of brackets, steel fasteners and clamps), replacement of existing transmission lines with self-supporting insulated wire (SSIW), installation of electrical panels, new control units (as a part of automated control system) in electrical control cabinets, modernization of the hardware and software complex.
