The contract is for the provision of 24/7 static and mobile security to ensure the physical protection of the EUAM Ukraine personnel, assets, equipment and premises. Currently EUAM Ukraine premises are in three locations in Kyiv and in two Field Offices (Odesa and Lviv). Opening of other offices is subject of operational requirements. Contract includes, but is not limited to, physical security on mission premises, vehicle and visitor searches, external/internal patrols, incident reporting, responding to incidents and monitoring a fire alarm system, CCTV, intruder alarm system and other security system(s). Contract also includes Mobile Security Response Teams which, in their designated area (within respective city including international airport) monitor the security situation by patrolling and respond to any incident in mission offices, in international mission members accommodations or elsewhere in their designated area upon alarm/call/other activation. The contract also involves the possibility of providing armed Mobile Security Response Teams, armed static guard and/or Close Protection services if it would be deemed necessary (subject of further security assessment).
