EU - financial services - framework agreement

NTNU [the Norwegian University of Science and Technology] needs assistance to follow up the finances in all of NTNU's EU project and application portfolio. Applications and projects concern the current and previous generation of EU Framework Programmes for Research and Development, and must comply with the conditions given in the EU guidelines for the different project types. Financial follow-up entails responsibility for budgeting applications, internal and external financial reporting, project establishment in NTNU's accounting system and termination of projects in NTNU's accounting system.
