Organising a gastronomic and thematic evening, ensuring the installation and techn. operation throughout the event, incl. the broadcasting of speeches. Every year in Sept. during the years 2023-27, from 7-11pm, for an audience of approx. 600-700 people, in a venue suitable for the event. The organisation of the 2023-27 evening may be entrusted to a single bidder. In 2023, the Swiss Evening will take place on 25 Sept. Organisation of the buffet of Swiss products, food and wine is offered to the guests. Part of the buffet is offered by a canton, selected by the bidder. Certain products can or should be added to the buffet by the tenderer in order to offer a wide choice of Swiss products to our guests. The tenderer must be familiar with Swiss products. The tenderer is in contact with the canton(s) selected by the adjudicator and with certain producers. The tenderer shall coordinate the selection of products with the selected canton(s), also taking into account sustainability criteria.
