The contracting authority would like to use this procurement to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer. The aim of the agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for bottom-emptying surface containers for collecting household and cottage waste, as well as commercial waste, in accordance with the requirement specifications. Tenderers shall offer bottom emptying ground containers that shall be used to collect the following waste types, from household/cottage customers and business customers: •Residual • plastic waste • Textile waste • Paper/cardboard/cartons • Glass and metal packaging • Food waste Comments on the contract: • Cabin customers: The contracting authority envisages start-up of work on upgrading all cottage point, where it is desirable to establish fewer but larger points for the delivery of waste. The work shall be carried out in all 8 owner municipalities, but it is uncertain how long it will take then. it is demanding processes. The customer estimates the provisional number based on a five year plan. This it is a prerequisite that plans are adopted, application processes go as they should and that there will be budget decisions for the plans. There can be, among other things, increased use of bottom emptying surface containers, but reservations. • The customer can bypass this agreement when purchasing used products.
