Lillehammer, Øyer, Gausdal, Indre Østfold, Nesodden, Våler and Østre Toten Municipalities own the company Ikomm AS. Ikomm provides IT services for the owner municipalities and also assists the owner municipalities in IT related matters, including procurements and contract signing. In this matter Ikomm is assisting the Safe Childhood Department in Lillehammer Municipality. Safe Childhood currently needs a system that gives a joint place to document cases with sensitive personal information, as well as having general electronic interaction with other departments, for use in their general case processing and for follow-up of substance abuse checks. Lillehammer Municipality would therefore like, with assistance from Ikomm, to procure a system that ensure Safe Childhood a case processing system that employees can work in and that sees to the relevant requirements for secure case processing and access control.
