The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a contract for emptying sludge from private subscribers, business properties and the public services in Gildeskål Municipality. Other assignments in the contract includes flushing of pipelines. We have decided to cancel the contest in accordance with the public procurement regulations § 25-4, 1st and 2nd paragraphs. This is due to an error in the procurement process. A question that was received before the deadline for asking questions was unfortunately overseen. We consider that the error can affect the participant's interest in the contest. As the contest is also published on TED, we are not allowed to change the deadline or provide additional information later than three days before the tender deadline expires. The contest with the necessary corrections will be republished after the cancellation. We emphasise that the system ensures that received tenders cannot be opened before the tender deadline expires, so that all information that could be important for the contest is still secure from unfair appropriation, use, and communication.
