Framework agreement – Inspection of electricity, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems

Stad municipality wishes to enter into a framework agreement for the Inspection of electricity, fire alarm and emergency lighting systems in municipal buildings and facilities in Stad municipality. The framework agreement shall include Inspection as well as replacements/repairs of errors and defects (in accordance with requests from the Contracting Authority), including materials thereof. The following shall be included in the framework agreement: - Inspection of fire alarm systems/fire boards - Inspection of emergency lighting (emergency lights/marking lights) - Inspection of electrical installations The agreement shall also include smaller repairs in accordance with nonconformity revealed at inspection. This shall be carried out in accordance with requests from the Contracting Authority. Maintenance shall mainly be carried out in-house.
