The contract concerns the delivery of plumbing installations for the research activities at SINTEF Ocean's new building, referred to as M-LAB at Torgardsvegen 12. The building mainly consists of laboratory cubicles for testing ship engines and fuel and technical rooms for support systems for the laboratories. Overall scope of this contract: - Heating installations - Process cooling - Compressed air installations - Electrical control system and automation installations - All necessary cabling, e.g. securing and departure in the main contract - Transport and installation in SINTEF Ocean's new building at Torgardsvegen 12 - Commissioning, functional testing and trial operations - Documentation. The necessary equipment and materials are included in the contract to achieve a complete delivery, automation is also included. Contract form NS8407 shall be the basis for the contract. A total price must be given for the assignment. The contest will start in the new year 2023. Completion: June 2023.
