The contract concerns the establishment of ventilation installations for the environment laboratory for research activities at SINTEF Ocean's new building, referred to as the K-LAB at Torgardsvegen 12. It is a prerequisite that the engineering design services are carried out by the builder and his consultants. The contractors must reckon on carrying out some engineering design services in the form of detailed assembly documentation and clarifications with actual component suppliers for necessary adaptations to their equipment. There will be things that have to be solved and adapted at the construction site. A fixed price must be offered for the delivery and accompanying work. Parts of the work must be carried out in a limited and relatively short period, which will require large workforce capacity and high priority at the tenderer. The contract will be based on NS 8405. The contest will start in the new year 2023. Delivery in the first quarter of 2023.
