Strategic Communication Activities in Mexico

The overall objective of this contract is to support and strengthen the communication and visibility of the EU cooperation portfolio in Mexico, including the Team Europe initiatives, in order to boost EU strategic priorities and reinforce EU values in the country. The requested services will implement the strategic communication and public diplomacy multiannual Action Plan for Mexico 2022-2024, with a focus on the three priorities of the Mexico chapter included in the Latin America and Caribbean Multi-Annual Indicative Programme: promoting the Modernised Global Agreement; green transition (TEI) and social cohesion and inequalities (TEI). Aditionally, strategic political priorities shall be addressed, such as youth, culture etc. The nature of requested services are: organization of events, production and dissemination of audio-visual material, design, social media communication etc.
