Raamovereenkomst voor Design, Levering, Installatie, Commissioning en Onderhoud van Telecom infrastructuur. BAC lanceert deze EU-aanbesteding voor een raamovereenkomst voor ASTRID & Indoor Mobile dekking, waardoor standaardisatie van Indoor Mobile dekking installaties mogelijk wordt en mogelijke incompatibiliteitsproblemen over de hele perimeter van Brussels Airport worden vermeden. Deze aanbesteding zal er ook voor zorgen dat alle installaties (as-is en to-be) voldoen aan dezelfde hoge standaardvereisten en worden gedekt door een enkel ondersteunings- en onderhoudscontract. Dit laatste zal ad-hoc SLA-onderhandelingen voor elke nieuwe installatie vermijden, terwijl optimale efficiëntie wordt gewaarborgd bij het handhaven van alle Indoor Mobile dekking op hetzelfde hoge onderhoudsniveau. ASTRID stelt technische en operationele vereisten om de betrouwbaarheid en compatibiliteit van hun netwerk te waarborgen. Dit betekent dat leveranciers en producten aan bepaalde normen en specificaties moeten voldoen om te worden goedgekeurd voor gebruik binnen het ASTRID-netwerk. Op basis van de verplichtingen opgelegd door ASTRID zal BAC in de technische specificaties opnemen dat ASTRID-goedgekeurde OEM's moeten worden gebruikt. De raamovereenkomst heeft duurtijd van 5 jaar met verlengingsmogelijkheid van 3 keer 1 jaar. Frame agreement for Design, Supply, Installation, Commissioning and Maintenance of Telecom infrastructure. BAC launches this EU tender for a frame agreement for ASTRID & Indoor Mobile coverage, allowing standardization of Indoor Mobile coverage installations and avoiding possible incompatibility issues across the whole Brussels Airport perimeter. This tender will also ensure that all installations (as-is and to-be) adhere to the same high-standard requirements and are covered by a single support & maintenance contract. The latter will avoid ad hoc SLA-negotiations for each new installation, while ensuring optimal efficiency in keeping all Indoor Mobile coverage at the same high-level industry standards. ASTRID imposes technical and operational requirements to ensure the reliability and compatibility of their network. This means that vendors and products must meet certain standards and specifications to be approved for use within the ASTRID network. Based on the obligations imposed by ASTRID, BAC will include in the technical specifications that ASTRID-approved OEMs must be used. The frame agreement has a duration of five years, three times renewable for a period of 1 year.
