Turnkey contract for a modular nursing home in Fevik

Grimstad municipality shall procure a complete and government-approved modular building with nursing home places for 24 residents and associated administration area. The modular building shall cover Grimstad municipality's need for temporary nursing home places for a limited period. The contracting authority shall lease the modular nursing home for 24 months with an option to extend the lease. The contract also includes an option for purchasing the modular building. The site on which the modular nursing home shall be established is approx. 3,450 m2. The site is rectangular with dimensions of approx. 50 x 60 m.
