Procurement Description /Scope of Supply: Helen Ltd ("The Client" or "The Contracting unit") aims to be carbon neutral energy company by 2030. In order to achieve its carbon neutrality targets, Helen is currently seeking to increase non-combustion-based energy solutions for its energy production. In this procurement Helen Ltd ( The Contracting unit) is seeking 1 supplier for two thermal accumulators according to the requirements informed in the paragraph “II.2.4) Description of the procurement”. The main notice of this procurement is EU-Procurement notification and its Annexes. Production location shall be in Hanasaari- area in Helsinki Finland. Position A1: Two (2) thermal accumulators for district heating usage. Accumulators shall be surface-mounted tanks that operates in atmospheric pressure. The Procurement procedure is Negotiated procedure. Contracting authority ask you to familiarize yourselves with this Procurement Invitation and attachments too. At this stage you shall NOT give tender yet. The Contracting Authority will send the initial RFT to Tenderers who will be chosen based on applications to participate. A preliminary schedule (estimates, subject to changes) for this procurement is: EU Procurement Notification: ~12/2024 Decision on Tenderers: ~1/2025 Invitation to Initial Tender: ~2/2025 Submission of Initial Tender: ~3/2025 Negotiations rounds: ~3/2024 Invitation to Final Tender: ~4/2025 Submission of Final Tender: ~5/2025 Decision on the awarded Supplier: ~5-6/2025 This procurement will be executed as negotiated procedure. Additional purchase option: - Civil Engineering Support work (limited) - Heat accumulator outer shell covering (decoration) - Implementation of 2 items mentioned above Please note that: -The tenderer has no right to claim compensation for costs or work incurred during the tendering process. - The tenderer does not yet need to submit a bid at this stage of the tendering process.
