Færder municipality, c/o Operation and Construction, the project department, shall enter into parallel framework agreements for construction management, SHA coordination and project management related to municipal road, water and sewage installations, and invites tenderers to an open tender contest. It is mainly the roles construction management and SHA coordination we are looking for. In exceptional circumstances, it may be necessary to ask the offered personnel to function as a project manager on behalf of the municipality. Færder municipality will, in such cases, assess which of the offered personnel have the necessary qualities to take such a role. Documentation of the offered resources ́ experiences with project management is not necessary for this procurement, as this is not the main objective of the procurement.
