DSS would like to procure a new visitor system for the receptions that receive visitors where DSS is responsible for joint basic security.
There are currently 13 receptions. When the new government quarter is completed, there will be fewer receptions that receive visitors than today.
The visitor system shall be used to register visitors to the ministry buildings, who do not have a separate access card for the buildings. The visitor system is also used to log completed ID checks of guests to the ministry buildings.
The estimated value of the procurement is from NOK 2,000,000 excluding VAT to NOK 7,000,000 excluding VAT. The estimated value is not binding for the contracting authority.
The contracting authority would like tenders for a cloud system.
