The objective of the HVAC maintenance contract are: • Safely deliver services, as specified in compliance with all current statutory legislation/regulations/standards/best practice. • Protect the on-going functional value of the HVAC plant. • Proactively maintain the services such that they are reliable at all times. • Protect the financial value of the plant as listed on the asset register, such that the financial value is maintained and the normal life expectancy (and beyond if possible), is achieved. • Deliver the services in a sustainable and environmentally responsible manner.
