CoE - CONSULTANCY SERVICES ON YOUTH WORK DEVELOPMENT AND THE 4TH EUROPEAN YOUTH WORK CONVENTION

The Council of Europe is currently implementing projects, in the framework of its partnership with the European Commission in the field of youth on youth work development, to support the preparation and the implementation of the 4th European Youth Work Convention and the development of related capacity building and research in the field of youth work as a part of the Youth Partnership’s workplan for 2024-25. The EU-Council of Europe Youth Partnership (hereinafter, Youth Partnership) is a co-operation programme between the European Commission and the Council of Europe in the field of youth since 1998. The activities of the Youth Partnership address the needs of young people and the wider youth field, the community of practice, including decision makers, government experts, youth researchers, youth work practitioners, youth organisations and young people. The current workplan will contribute to youth work development by building on the European Youth Work Agenda (EYWA) following four main directions: - Supporting the 4th European Youth Work Convention - Fostering the dialogue within the youth work community of practice (at European level and in Eastern and Southeast Europe): - Building capacities of the youth work community of practice: - Researching to support youth work development The Council of Europe is looking for maximum of 50 Provider(s) ( maximum 25 providers per lot, provided enough tenders meet the criteria indicated below) in order to support the implementation of the projects with a particular expertise on youth work and its development. Lot 1 concerns consultancy services related to the design and facilitation of physical, hybrid and online activities. Lot 2 concerns supporting the development of capacity building materials, work on conceptual and methodological development, co-ordination and implementation of studies and research, carrying out desk research, analysis and applied research and writing reports, analyses.
