Market dialog (Request for Information) - Monitoring and diagnosing railway telecommunications and signalling systems

Banedanmark expects to publish the tender for acquiring a solution to monitor and diagnosing railway telecommunications and signalling systems in Spring 2026. To be sure that the process for tender and the contract is aligned with the capabilities of the market, Banedanmark wishes to invite potential vendors for a written market dialogue and verbal hearing regarding the upcoming tender for acquiring a solution to monitor and diagnose railway telecommunications and signalling systems. The purpose of the market dialogue is to get the markets feedback on the scope and if it is aligned with the market regarding the composition of the products/services, the commercial conditions, the price structure, market conditions, risks, and the partnership after having entered the contract etc. In that way Banedanmark will be able to optimize the tender material accordingly to how the market is today before making the tender public. The market dialogue process is the following: Banedanmark has attached an appendix to this document, which Banedanmark request the potential vendors to answer and return via EU-Supply. - Appendix 1 Questionnaire and answers (Potential vendors must fill out this document). The potential vendors must return their answers through EU-Supply not later than 05.12.2025 Depending on the answer’s Banedanmark will have the option to invite potential vendors to a digital meeting via Microsoft Teams. The selection of potential vendors to the meeting will be done through the criteria, to secure a representative of the market, to discuss the answers and possible implications. The topics in Appendix 1 will provide the initial questions for the market dialogue. If the potential vendors are invited for a meeting and find it relevant, they are welcome to send any suggestions for other topics that should be discussed during the market dialogue. The digital meeting will be held, if relevant, 11.12.2025 and 12.12.2025. Banedanmark will, with the invite to the digital meeting, send a Teams link. The duration of the meeting is approx. 1,5 hours (CET+1) in the span of 8-16 Thursday (11.12.2025) and 8-12 Friday (12.12.2025). If the potential vendor suggests meeting times/dates, Banedanmark will try to accommodate those requests.
