IK-EEA 022-2024 Operation of telephone exchanges

Bergen municipality shall enter into a contract with a tenderer who shall operate telephone exchanges and operation and maintenance of accompanying systems and integrations for the landline telephone service in the municipality. Operations shall be carried out in close cooperation with Bergen municipality ́s telecommunications supplier, currently. Telia and the municipality's internal operational service provider, Employee Services. Relevant services also include consultancy and assistance for organisational units in connection with changes, moves and the establishment of new locations. The contract will be valid for 3 years from when the contract is signed. The agreement will then be renewed automatically for 1 year at a time, unless terminated. The maximum contract period is ten years.
